flashing when I mouse over sidebar tabs
neither hewitt nor stephend are seeing this, but I swear I'm seeing this on
branch and trunk, optimized and debug.
Okay, I now see this with branch 2001-09-18-12 on Windows 2000. I showed this
to Joe, and we exited, restarted, minimized, changed themes. All to no avail.
This behavior is about as funky as Charles Barkley's armpits in the Right Guard
commercials.
does it happen only in modern theme?
this could be a DUP of bug 98429
what do you guys think?
I think it could be, yes. In fact, when Seth first reported this bug, I only
saw the flashing for the 1st time on mouseover. However, in a later build, I
then saw what I'm still seeing now on both trunk and branch, win32, and that is
flashing in sidebars, nav buttons and mail buttons (basically, CHROME flashes).
