1002312 - Collect data on sign up / log in usability

We already have a lot of data from various points about signup. Let's collect everything we already know from users about signing in / up with Persona, including results from future work to be done in bug 1002003.

The deliverable for this bug is to have a single document with all the user feedback in one place, as well as follow-up tasks as results from this collation effort entered as bugs with the tag [usability][signup]

A few places I know of offhand to look for feedback:
* last year's summer survey results
* user testing interviews from last summer
* recent google+ community discussion: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/mozilla.webmaker/wjrYmmkJkfg
* results from events testing on usertesting.com
* as mentioned above, results from testing in bug 1002003

Would love to see this culminate in a presentation of data (~30 min) prior to the next login sprint & prior to homepage revisions. A good deliverable for this will be to set up a meeting to demo this info to the webmaker product team.
