Hey Paul. Am assigning Lee to this. A couple of questions: - can you advise on details like size, format, online/offline, etc? We really need to know the specs before we're able to get started so please share that update today. - is the level of detail in the Google doc *exactly* what you want in the graphics? We can style whatever you need, but please make sure all that info - including copy - is exactly the way you want. Don't want to be editing that stuff once we're in the design phase, as time is tight. Also, wanted to confirm that this is due on Wednesday.

Sames size as the chart in this article which I believe is: 738px × 438px http://techcrunch.com/2014/04/27/the-age-of-mobile-only/ It will be for putting as a png in our press center - so online only the level of detail in the Google doc is exactly what I want in the graphic - however, it might be nice to use logos for the various browsers etc. https://www-demo4.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/desktop/fast/ - This is nice but I think it's almost too simple for the tech press that will want it. We need to move the 'smaller numbers are better' text from the y axis since it doesn't stand out there. It needs to be more obvious - perhaps calling out in the center of the graph somewhere. Here are the descriptions for each of the benchmarks - it would be great to explain these somewhere in the chart, perhaps a box-out or something. * Box2D (http://box2d.org/) is a popular 2D physics engine used in many games, including the extremely popular Angry Birds. * Bullet (https://code.google.com/p/bullet/) is a popular 3D physics engine used in many popular commercial games(see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bullet_%28software%29#Commercial_games ). * Lua (http://www.lua.org/) is a popular programming language used in a variety of places from games to Wikipedia. The benchmark runs the compiled Lua virtual machine (VM), which executes a Lua program (specifically a benchmark of garbage collection). * zlib (http://www.zlib.net/) is a popular compression library, used practically everywhere to compress anything.
It would be great to have it tomorrow, but I think that won't give you enough time. So I think we are OK with Wednesday EOD.
Thanks Paul - that helps. Re: your descriptions of each of the benchmarks, can we use those verbatim?
Yes, might need to adjust for space reason. But they are OK to use.
Paul, I need access to the Google doc when you have a sec. Thanks!
Should have it now. Let me know if not.

Thanks Paul. In the Gdoc, there are 2 pages - can you confirm that your request is for 2 new graphs that mimic the information on tab 2 (Copy of Sheet1) with the addition of the benchmark descriptions? It's going to be a really tight fit with those descriptions, but near impossible to read if we include all of the details of tab 1 (Sheet1)
Correct. Just Tab 2. I can always cut down descriptions if we need to.
Thanks Paul. Please review the Mac PNG here, and the Windows PNG below and let me know if these work for you! THanks, L
These look great to me, thanks Lee! Paul, are we set here? Based on the info shared above, I don't think there's any way we can get it much cleaner or better than this.
Paul, do the graphics from comments 10 and 11 work for you? OK to resolve this bug?

Great. Thanks
