In bug 963688, we added a string to bookmarks.inc.

.inc files are not supported by l10n-merge, so they might bust the build. Actually at build time AFAICT.

We can hack around that in the makefile, though, I'll attach a patch in a minute.

There are builds on aurora for affected locales, though, so we might not need this. Notably, Afrikaans is what I tested.
