When a new/different SIM card is inserted into the phone, a message is dispayed on the dropdown status bar screen. The message string "New SIM inserted" is truncated.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140428000206
2) Set language to Japanese and power off the phone.
3) Remove the SIM card from DUT and insert a different SIM card
4) Power on the phone and swipe down on the screen from top to bottom
5) Observe the string "New SIM inserted" with truncation.

Actual: The message string "New SIM inserted" is seen with truncation.

Expected: The message string "New SIM inserted" is seen without truncation.
