Hey Doug -- I like this idea. I think Webmaker.org should solve for exactly this challenge, through updated IA and UX -- which Cassie is working on.

Agree, and Doug's all set up on the webmaker blog (has posted before and recently :) so can easily repost this whenever is good! Just based on timing, in case this doesn't happen this week, might reframe so it's let's about all-hands and more a good repository for all web literacy-related resources.
