Description:
Notification for "New Voicemail" is truncated in Danish, but not in English.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140428000206
2) Call test phone from another phone and leave a voicemail.
3) Pull down the notification bar.
4) Observe that notification is truncated.
 

Actual:
Notification is truncated in test language

Expected:
Notification is not truncated in test language
