100283 - user cannot delete itself

i'm moving emailadresses (old one won't recieve email shortly), so i wanted to 
change the emailadress for my bugzilla-account. (this is a new account, so 
don't bother now :) seeing that there was no 'rename', i discovered that there 
was no 'delete' either. how many inactive bugzilla accounts must there be?

if this is a FAQ, well, really, blame the website, 'coz i've searched for hours 
for an emailaddress to direct this question to.

if this is a feature-request, well, actually, see above.

There is a rename facility, but users can't access it.  You currently have to
contact the administrator of the site about this.  For mozilla.org contact
[e-mail].  Allowing the user to do it is bug #23067.

It's important not to use a new account because you'll have two accounts which
should both be receiving email, and two accounts can't have the same email.
