 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 After powering off the phone,the alarm doesn't ring.
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.open clock->add a alarm in a minute.->done
 2.power off the phone->when the time reaches,the alarm doesn't ring  --KO
 3.power on the phone->the alarm rings right now
