the right table side is displaying whole page empty, and you have to scroll down
to read first words (Nandub/SBC encoding)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. every time reproducable
2.
3.

Actual Results: inproper display

Expected Results: correct display, right table side should be visible without
scrolling
WinNT4.0/2001091803
I loaded page several times, but page looks fine - right column of page is fully
rendered with text.
Can you make a screenshot of not displayed part of page?

BTW in source of page are parameters of TD like a VALIGN=CENTER and
ALIGN=MIDDLE, but correct values are VALIGN=MIDDLE and ALIGN=CENTER. May be it
is related.
Confirming issue in the Sept 17th build.
