tarako build identifier: 20140428014001 connectivity used: wifi noticed on: dev app used for test: AirCombat steps to reproduce: 1. Load the marketplace-dev packaged app on your tarako device 2. Navigate to the details page for the app "AirCombat" 3. Click on the more link in the description section 4. Scroll to the end of the Description section expected behavior: There is a "less" link to collapse the description. (Existing functionality in fireplace) observed behavior: No "Less.." link to collapse expanded Description section reproducible?: yes ashes: no behavior seen on regular marketplace using inari/hamachi: no
I don't think the "less" link is useful here and on these devices is probably hard to hit. I'm going to wontfix this, let me know if you feel strongly about it.

Some apps have lengthy descriptions which means that if the user expands it, they are stuck with it. It also helps to have our consumer pages look mostly the same across devices (for QA specifically). This is low priority but let's consider fixing it.

My opinion: If the user expands a description on a detail page, it's not a big deal. Maybe they have to scroll down a bit more to see content. If they re-navigate, it'll go back to normal. I'm more for removing the "less" on Fireplace than adding it here.

wontfixing it for now so it doesn't get accidentally worked on. But I'm open to a reopen.
