Does this reproduce on a 1.1 Buri device?

And since this issue only happens when there is an incoming call in the "retake" "select" screen, I don't think we should block on it. It is just a minor UI regression

Dear Vance, Do you have any way to debug oncall.html in appManager?
ni Etienne. Hi Etienne, could you provide some suggestions regarding how to debug oncall.html for this issue? Thanks for your help

Can we get a video of the bug? (I can't reproduce it). I'm afraid this might be a lower level rendering issue and we won't be able to do anything for this from oncall.html...

This is Gaia v1.3, build ID 20140422024003 As to what happen when press the home button once this screen is black, since a picture is more than a thousand words, please see the video~~~ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mUdFye3ycMw

If you tap on the green status bar after pressing the home button, does the call screen come back properly?

So my best guess is a gecko/rendering issue. Going in status bar mode then back causes the window to get resize so we reflow/repaint.
We can't repro this on master.
