Stop the redirection of /ja/firefox/desktop or Japanese users can not get the explanation of Australis, because there is no equivalent contents in mozilla.jp.

Expected result:
We can get the Japanese version of /firefox/desktop

Actual result:
Redirected to http://mozilla.jp/firefox/desktop

I guess this can also be fixed in http://viewvc.svn.mozilla.org/vc/projects/mozilla.com/trunk/ja/.htaccess

I committed your changes on svn to the .htaccess file from trunk to stage in r127593
