The glow map can occasionally have very few glows.

Details
If you leave the browser open for a bit, you occasionally get a state with very few glows. Then the map lights back up again.

So far I have not seen a repeat of the behavior. If I get any new reports I shall re-open but for now things are looking good.

I'm keeping an eye on it too. There's a teeny tiny update we may want to make to the animation, now that I see it working with production data, but let's leave that for tomorrow.
