A post on hacker news[0] rightly points out that people using iOS devices to read the news are likely to be funneled by major product announcements toward firefox/new, where they only learn that Firefox doesn't work on their device. Maybe we can link these folks from firefox/new to firefox/desktop?

Also the current "Looking for mobile?" link is also difficult to understand, IMO. It could be "Looking for Firefox for Android?" but anyway it's useless for iPhone users.

Thanks, Justin and Kohei. This bug was supposed to replace all /mobile links (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=958186#c2), so if you are still seeing "Looking for mobile", the changes must not have been made to iOS. I'll test the links again and check with Raymond about the updates.

I think this is not necessary as iOS users cannot get the app anyway. Maybe a "Learn more" link is enough, like this:

* Learn about Firefox for desktop -> /firefox/desktop/
* Learn about Firefox for Android -> /firefox/android/
* Learn about Firefox OS for mobile devices -> /firefox/os/
* Why don’t we offer an iOS version? -> sumo

Kohei, Link 1 has already been approved and added (in this bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=958186) as we want to show all of our mobile offerings to mobile users. Raymond is going to check to see if his link updates were overwritten. 

We should keep the topic of this bug to adding a link to firefox/desktop for iOS users. However, we can reorder the links if necessary.
