After choosing blockquote in a composer window the format toolbar shifts to the
right.
Reproducibility: Every time
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open composer
2. Click on the paragraph drop down menu in the toolbar and choose the
Blockquote option
Actual Results:
The format toolbar shifts to the right and the paragraph style drop-down changes
width
Expected Results:
I would expect that the format toolbar and the paragrpaph drop down would stay
the same width regardless of what paragraph style is chosen.
Additional Info:
I only noticed this on the classic theme so I'm not sure if it is a theme issue
or not.
Confirmed using Mac/2001091311 (0.9.4). This Format Bar shifting takes place whenever
the text length of the item selected in the Paragraph pop-up menu changes much from
the previously selected item.
It occurs only in Classic; not in Modern.
