User taps Browser App with an active internet connection and cleared browsing history, cookies and stored data. User goes to a website that has high graphics or is long to load (i.e. mlb.com, tvguide.com). While the website is loading (at least to the point graphics are displayed), user selects the star icon then add to homescreen button. After selecting the Add to Homescreen button, the icon is added to the homescreen with the text beneath the circled icon correctly but the image within the circle is only a gold star rather than the logo of the website. If user waits sometimes as long as 2 minutes later, the logo sometimes appears. Other times, wait times exceeded 10 minutes with the star logo icon still showing. Expectation would be an immediate response and display every time. 

Prerequisites:
Have an active internet connection and clear browsing history and clear cookies and stored data

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Tarako to BuildID: 20140429014002
2) Tap Browser App
3) Navigate to a website URL that has intense graphics or takes long to load (i.e. mlb.com) 
4) While the page is loading, tap the star icon and select add to homescreen. 
5) Tap Add to Homescreen button

Actual:
icon is added to the homescreen with the text beneath the circled icon correctly but the image within the circle is only a gold star rather than the logo of the website. 

Expected:
icon is added to the homescreen with the correct text and logo displayed

Notes: 
Repro frequency: 8/10 – 80 percent

This issue does reproduce on 1.3 Buri. Following the STR in Comment 0, this intermittently occurs with the starred icon with the circle and the text of the website name beneath the logo. Repro rate is 5 out of 10.
