while talos doesn't specifically require mozinstall to run, we depend on a version of firefox to be installed. For automation we sometimes use a cached version of mozinstall on the local box which is version 1.4 (instead of the latest 1.6). In this case v1.4 uses mozinfo 0.4. Talos requires 0.7 and this creates a conflict.
