100383 - something with layers, I think

on the top right end of the page, the text of the first paragraph goes over the
History box. i am not sure if this is a design or browser problem.

its me again. after reporting the bug i checked the same page with IE and it
worked ok. then i went back to mozilla 0.9.4 and resized the window few times
and the bug was gone... i hope you can repeate it and find out how it comes.

sorry for posting so many times, but now i got it. the bug appears only when you
paste the URL in a browser window that has not been there. then if you play with
the maximize button, the bug stays. but if you resize the window dragging the
bottom right corner just a bit, the bug is gone and the text floats normally
around  the History box (I hope Google will not change this page until you have
time to have a look at this bug). All best.

sorry for commenting again - this is my first bug report, next time i will test
more before commenting.

the resize with the bottom right corner of the window does not help always.
sometimes it does, sometimes not.

marking as dup. I think that this bug has been seen in a lot of places and so
there are probably quite a few dups lying around.
