Details

We would like to have a component for "ug / Uganda" for the Mozilla Uganda Community to keep track of the Uganda Community related bugs.
The component should be added under the product "Mozilla Communities".
Component: Contributor Engagement → Administration
OS: Windows 8 → All
Product: Mozilla Communities → bugzilla.mozilla.org
Hardware: x86_64 → All
Summary: "ug / Uganda" component to manage community related bugs → Create "ug / Uganda" component to manage community related bugs
Version: unspecified → Production
Marcia, could you help create this component in the next few days?

Each of these communities requires a watch user - what do you want that name to be? example xyz@communities.bugs

(In reply to Marcia Knous [:marcia - use needinfo] from comment #3) > Each of these communities requires a watch user - what do you want that name > to be? example xyz@communities.bugs I suggest mozilla.uganda@communities.bugs. Thanks Marcia!
Marcia, I added the watch user in comment 4. Let me know if anything else is needed. Thanks!

Hello, I'm sorry for re-awakening this bug but it seems this component disappeared along with the mozilla communities. I found a few under community building but couldn't find ours...yet really needed. Kindly asking for help. Thanks.

Marcia, the 'Mozilla Communities' product appears to have disappeared. Was that intentional? If that product is no longer used, let's create a 'ug / Uganda' component in the 'Community Building' product. The description can be 'Mozilla Uganda community'. Thanks!

That will be very helpful William, thanks.

Looks great, thanks :)
Sorry for reopening this, Looks like we need permissions to manage bugs created under this component i.e assign bugs and be cc'ed on the emails from the bugs automatically. Can you please add San James and Lawrence as administrators to this component.

Can > you please add San James and Lawrence as administrators to this component. I have added Lawrence to editbugs and mozilla-reps-admins groups. So both can now edit components for the 'Community Building' product. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/editcomponents.cgi?product=Community%20Building dkl

Thanks David.
Excellent, thanks Divid, who is on the Mozilla Reps admins group? or how does one join the group?
(In reply to San James from comment #16) > Excellent, thanks Divid, who is on the Mozilla Reps admins group? or how > does one join the group? There are quite a few people in the group (too long to list) but I have added you to to group already so you should be able to edit components for the Community Building product. dkl
Thanks David, Very helpful, Cheers!
