User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:29.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/29.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140428193813 Steps to reproduce: Swiped down as done in reveal notification gesture when the notification panel was already open. Actual results: The gesture when done over the notification panel, retracts the notification panel. Expected results: The notification panel is supposed to retract back up on a 'swipe up' gesture rather than a 'swipe down' gesture.

I confirm this is still happening. Reproduced on Flame, Firefox OS v2.0, nightly 2014-10-10
