Steps to reproduce:

I tried to change the personal settings of my profile on this page: https://reps.mozilla.org/settings/


Actual results:

I got page with personal settings tab with text: "Nothing to see here yet!"


Expected results:

Page that could be edited should be open.

I'm not seeing your profile, did you set it up? If not, let me know what email address you use to sign into Reps with Persona?

Yes, I did. 
I signed up with Persona, using [e-mail] mail.

I still can't edit my profile on reps site.

There are three types of users on the Reps site: public (no account), Mozillians (signed in using a vouched Mozillians.org profile) and Reps (people who have been accepted into the Reps program).

Only the Reps have profiles that can be edited on the Reps site. If you want to edit your vouched Mozillians profile, you can do that at mozillians.org.

I registered by clicking on the link I got in my mailbox by [e-mail], including these steps:
• create a user profile on the Mozilla Reps website [1] as outlined in the User Profile SOP [2] 
• sign and return to me by email the Mozilla Rep Agreement [3]
• read through and get familiar with all the ReMo tools [4]
• read through and get familiar with all the SOPs [5] 

I will just point out the first bullet "create a user profile on the Mozilla Reps website [1] as outlined in the User Profile SOP [2]"(https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReMo/SOPs/User_Profile): To create your profile, just go to https://reps.mozilla.org and log in with your bugzilla email using Persona.

And that is what I did, I logged in by using Persona, but it's still not available for me to edit my profile.

Right now, as :williamr suggested, you are signed in as a Mozillian. 
In order to be able to create your own profile, you need to be invited to the portal. You can get an invite only if you are an accepted Rep. If this is the case, please contact your mentor to send you an invite through the portal.
