Steps to reproduce:

I set a master password. I entered master password when firefox loaded.
Now i go to Options>Security>passwords>saved passwords...
and click on "Remove All" button...


Actual results:

Firefox don't show me "Master password dialog" and i lose all of my passwords :|.
but when i click on show passwords i see "Master password dialog" when i had my passwords!


Expected results:

Firefox should shown me "Master password dialog" and protect password against removing.
