This bug isn't detailed enough to figure out what problem you're having. If you're trying to update to 29 and wondering why looking for updates in the about window doesn't show updates, we're rolling out updates gradually. If you want to update sooner, you can download the new version from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/ :-)
