MY ERROR: no it doesn't wrong domain entered ( I put kte instread of kth.se )

In theory, yes. In practice, no way to get this done.
kth.se hosts dozens of thousands of emails, and many novice users would benefit from having an entry in ISPDB.
They would more easily switch to Thunderbird instead of sticking to Microsoft Outlook/OWA.
