Steps to reproduce:

Sent a .cvf file from my old phone to new Firefox OS phone via Bluetooth.

This happened to all contacts whose name included a non-ascii character, upon replacing non-ascii characters with ascii characters the import worked.

An example of failing .vcf file is attached.
Contact name that caused the failure is "Jääkaru"
When the name was changed to Jaakaru it worked.


Actual results:

Import screen hangs
Contact is not imported


Expected results:

Screen should not hang.
Contact should be imported.
