As per IRL discussion earlier today.
I asked a few people about this and nobody had any objections.

Glandium, please be cautious to NOT load the /waterfall endpoint (this is the extreme load generating one I mentioned earlier), and obviously be careful not to stop builds that aren't your own.

IT, can we give Glandium access to the buildbot master http interfaces? I suspect the easiest way to do this is to give him the same type of access that Sheriffs have. Please ping me if you need further clarification - I know I'm not specifying requirements terribly well...
