Description:
After selecting the "Fixed Dialing Numbers" settings within "Call Settings", the header and the page string "Fixed Dialing Numbers" is truncated.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140430000201 and change the language to Albanian.
2) From the homescreen, select the "Settings" app.
3) Tap on "Call Settings"
4) Tap on "Fixed Dialing Numbers"
5) Observe the string "Fixed Dialing Numbers" are truncated on both the header and the page.

Actual:
The header string "Fixed Dialing Numbers" is truncated.

Expected:
The header string "Fixed Dialing Numbers" is not truncated.

This issue does not occur on the Buri 1.3 Moz RIL
