From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; en-US; rv:0.9.4) Gecko/20010913
BuildID: 20011091303
When the browser window is resized horizontally, the contents within the window
scroll up or down. Making the window smaller causes it to scroll up while making
it larger causes it to scroll down.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to a website that requires you to scroll up and down to see all the
contents, preferrably a really long document.
2.Resize the window, either by maximizing and restoring or by dragging the lower
right corner.
Actual Results: The contents within the window scroll up and down when the
window is made smaller and larger.
Expected Results: The page should not scroll upon resize. The top of the page
should stay the same no matter what the size of the window is.
This bug is most annoying when reading a really long document, and maximizing
the window halfway through the document. The effect is amplified for really long
documents.
