We kind of do, but it's still work in progress (CCing Tad as he might have a list)
I think it's better to ask, is there a community we that shouldn't have its hosting renewed?

So for Mozilla Tunisia ( mozilla-tunisia.org ) will expire in 2 weeks ! 
We are an active community and we need to renew our domain :)

I can't update this document, but for Italy the URL is mozillaitalia.org (current one is .lt, which is Lithuania), and email is self-hosted
