Steps to reproduce:

1. Hover firefox element(go back button etc) 
2. Wait for the yellow tooltip box to appear (At go back button it is:Go back one page. Right-click or pull down to show history)
3. Move with mouse inside this element


Actual results:

Tooltip disappears


Expected results:

Tooltip is still shown until mouse is moved out of this element
