Description:
The 'Message Settings' header is truncated on the 'Message settings' screen located in 'Cellular & Data' below 'Advanced Settings' is truncated.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140430000201 and change the language to Lithuanian.
2) From the homescreen, select the "Settings" app.
3) Select "Cellular & Data."
4) Select "Message Settings' below 'Advanced Settings'

Actual:
The string "Message Settings" is truncated.

Expected:
The string "Message Settings" is not truncated.

This is another wontfix for sq, caused by one line per string policy.

http://hg.mozilla.org/gaia-l10n/sq/rev/15c9ef125056 and http://hg.mozilla.org/gaia-l10n/sq/rev/15c9ef125056 fix this sacrificing the "Message" word.
