Parsing the above, I propose the following five fundraising deliverables for May:
1 Waterfall dashboard showing unfunded liabilities - Ruzanna leads the implementation
2 Initial setup for Salesforce CRM - Andrea leads the implementation
3 Identify and create plan to address urgent gaps - Lynn leads the process
4 Create a protocol for research prototyping - Ascher leads the process
5 Agree on new conventions for how to log our work in Bugzilla - Ben leads the process
6 Write the first competitive Ingush report - Ben leads the writing
These are in addition to specific leads and substance work we will be doing (grants, planning for mobile and for badges, et etc).
