Description:
When a notification about emails is received, the user is shown the number of new emails that have not yet been viewed. When notifications about SMS messages and missed calls are received, they do not show the user the number of new messages received or calls missed, but instead show separate, individual notifications for each call (even when they're from the same number) and one sole notification for multiple SMS messages (when from the same number). In the attached Image1, there are actually 12 new SMS messages from two different phone numbers, but the two most recent of them are shown.

Prerequisites:
Have email synced and set to check for new messages every 5 minutes. Send multiple new SMS messages and emails to DUT from another device, and call the DUT from another device (but do not answer them) multiple times from one other device.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Open_C to BuildID: 20140502000201
2) Drag down the notification menu
3) Observe discontinuity between notifications from multiple apps

Actual:
Email notifications tell the user the number of new emails from multiple sources in a singular, conclusive notification, SMS notifications show only one new message of many in a notification from an individual, and missed call notifications show separate notifications per call, even when from the same phone number.

Expected:
Continuity between app notification methods.

Somewhat able to repro on the latest Open C 1.3 base build.  SMS notifications show separately for each SMS from the same source, but otherwise the same results from the Actual section are seen.

This is also seen on the lockscreen, not just the notifications pull down menu.

User receives 10 sms messages from a second device, but only the one most recent message appears in a notification. No message counter is seen (ex: "10 new messages received.")
