For some weird reason, Firefox crashes when Foxnews is set as the homepage on Windows 8.1.
I sent in a report when the crash reporter appeared. Even visiting the site causes a crash.

This even happens when Firefox is in safe mode.
I've tried a reset, safe mode, and reinstalling Firefox and none of these have cured the issue.

The only add-ons installed are AdBlock Plus and HTTPS Everywhere.

Try the https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration#w_i-still-have-problems-with-my-graphics-card-in-firefox.

Could you provide a crash ID? https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_for_a_bug_report.

Cannot reproduce on 29.0 on a 2011 Macbook Air on OSX 10.9, no addons

Build info:

Can you link to some of the crash reports (you can open about:crashes in the URL bar, and then follow the links, and paste them in here. Thank you for helping us figure this one out!

Hey folks,

Unfortunately this was on a customer's machine which is no longer around.
I did not know of about:crash until it was mentioned here.

I'm not sure if I could reproduce on another machine but I will try to!
I have two Win 8.1 machines and also Win 7 at my disposal so I will dork around.
