Active e deactivate other toolbar.
Actual results:
other toolbar is under the window site and so remain hided.
Expected results:
View the toolbar.

Does this happen with every toolbar? Can you reproduce it even with the add-on toolbars uninstalled? I've never seen something like this, so I suspect some of your add-ons aren't playing nice with Firefox 29...
