The attached screenshot shows the new FF29 australis look, with tons of wasted space above the tabs. In the old FF I know this was a limitation due to the the min/max/close buttons, but looking at the new versions of Photoshop etc. shows this should no longer be an issue (the buttons and program content coexist at the same y-coordinates)
It's a deliberate compromise between putting the tabs in the titlebar, and leaving enough space to make the window easily draggable.

I'd like to point out that with the spacing seen in OSX Chrome and Firefox are still entirely draggable. The liberal amount seen in the Windows UI is wasted space in comparison. I'd love to see this un-wontfixed, so that FF can get the same amount of vertical space in both OSX and Windows.
