RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 994562

People

(Reporter: iii_iii, Unassigned)

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:32.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/32.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20140504030205

Steps to reproduce:

Go to https://www.google.com/ or any secure site, click on the padlock logo, expecting to see the secure connection information.

Actual results:

The secure connection information was not displayed. (It may have flashed up very briefly then disappeared)

Expected results:

The information about the secure connection should be displayed, and options for viewing certificate etc.
The show bookmarks doesn't work either. It looks like the same kind of thing, flashing up very briefly.
I can briefly get this dialogue to work, but then it stops working again. I did this:

Go to this web page:

https://test-sspev.verisign.com:1443/test-SSPEV-expired-verisign.html

Click "I understand the risks" then view the certificate. Open another tab and go to google.com. Now click on the padlock and it might work. Not for long though.
