Based on the visual refresh spec for 2.0, we are reducing the default font-size of the BB headers from 2.5rem to 2.3rem.

New font size looks good. I'm guessing this bug only covers the font size and not the rest of the header changes right?

Yup, I figured we can land this separately since the other stuff will take some time.
