Steps to reproduce:
1. Open http://mozilla.github.io/webrtc-landing/gum_test.html
2. Insert headphones to avoid audio feedback
3. Tap on "Audio"
4. Tap on "Share" to start the audio capture

Expected result:
Crisp and clear audio played out

Actual result:
Noisy audio played out

This behavior has been verified on Peak and Fugu (on master branch from Apr 25th). Mac desktop is OK (also master branch).
Dolphin (tested by me) and Flame (tested by rlin) are OK as well.

Suggests that the issue is isolated to ICS devices.
We need logcats while this test is being run; also what other devices if any it affects ( we have some of that).

If you can add NSPR_LOG_MODULES=getusermedia:5,mediamanager:5,timestamp that might help a little (set in /system/bin/b2g.sh)

Here are the logs as requested. The scenario is just following the STR after a fresh boot.

If this repros on a Flame or another device we're planning to support, please reopen or file a new bug.
