Steps to reproduce:

Ctrl-Shift-K to open dev tools, then 
Ctrl-Shift-K to close dev tools



Actual results:

dev tools open but don't close


Expected results:

dev tools should close
Dave, I can repro this and vaguely recall it being on purpose, but I don't know if that's just me misremembering... can you confirm/deny, and if it was on purpose, what are the odds on reconsidering? I know it bites me every so often...

Ctrl+Shift+K now no longer closes the "web console". It is used to focus the input field of console.
Please use other shortcuts to close devtools, like F12, etc.
