1005928 - test_camera_capture_photo.TestCamera is failing on CI

I could not reproduce this manually.
Ran the test locally also for 20 times and did not reproduce.
But this is the second time I see this failing and it needs to be investigated and fixed.

Looks like the phone doesn't have enough light (aperture) to capture a photo, and thus fails; one failure, at lease, was on B2G-9.  We'll investigate and fix, if we can.

I'll put in a service now request to get a USB powered LED lamp for the racks.

Raymond, any updates on this? Did you had the chance to get a LED lamp for the racks, as mentioned in Comment 4?

We are going to switch from the Hamachi's to the flame devices soon and also move the phones from the botto part of the rack to the top, thus I decided to wait before getting the LED lamp. The phones will have more light at the top shelf of the rack.

This will be fixed by modification in the office.

Let us know if/when this fails again, team; Johan plugged a small night-light in the lab's rack, so hopefully that helps further!
