1006014 - [testing] Write a test for logging into the website as an existing user

Test steps:
0. Create an existing user in the database, with a valid Persona login (use personatest user), via a UserFactory.
1. From the home page, click on the login link.
2. Log in via Persona as the user.
3. Verify that the home page is displayed and the user's name appears in the header.
