1006020 - [testing] Write a test for completing a task

Description

Test steps:
0. Create an existing user in the database, with a valid Persona login (use personatest user), via a UserFactory.
1. From the home page, click on the login link.
2. Log in via Persona as the user.
3. Navigate to the Available tasks list.
4. Choose the top task.
5. From the task details page, verify that only the "Get Started" button is visible (i.e., not the other buttons listed in #7, below).
6. Click the "Get Started" button.
7. Verify that the correct task page is displayed and that the "Save for Later", "Abandon Task" and "Complete Task" buttons are visible.
8. Click the "Save for Later" button.
9. Verify that the home page is displayed and that the test appears under "Tasks in progress".
10. Click on the link for the task under "Tasks in progress".
11. From the task detail page, click "Complete task".
12. Verify that the Feeback form is displayed for the correct task.
13. Click the "No, thanks." link.
14. Verify that the home page is displayed and that the task no longer appears under the "Tasks in progress" header, and also that the "Tasks completed" now shows "1 task".

I have added comments to the PR to address the changes to staging. It's not necessary to update the bug as this is now a work in progress. The bug was just a starting point, but does not need to remain the canonical source of the requirements.
