Details

Both locally compiled and downloaded nightly fail to display the site identity info.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Firefox with a new profile
2. Go to any https site
3. click on the lock(DV site) or organization name(EV site)
4. Nothing happens

Expected behaviour:
The site identity panel(?) should show up

Fails on ubuntu 12.04 with nightly locally compiles and downloaded from official FF site. (beta 30 is fine, aurora I cannot build locally)
