100618 - Javascript menus make Mozilla crash

The way that the Independent implements its javascript menus must poke at some
weak point on Mozilla.  I can make the browser crash in less than 30 seconds by
going to the main page, waving the mouse up and down (thereby causing lots of
menus to pop up) and randomly clicking on the page.  

This is using build 2001091303 on Win 2000.

I confirm that I can do the same in Win2000 (Build 0.9.4). I submitted the
Talkback report with reference to his bug number and URL.

I can duplicate this crash easily with a debug WinNT build. Stack traces 
implicate Layout or DOM Style; reassigning to Layout as a first guess.
Compare these bugs filed against the same URL:

Typo: that debug build that crashed was from 2001-09-07, not 2001-09-17 !!!

When I try the trunk binaries from 2001-09-19, on WinNT, Linux, and Mac9.1,
I absolutely cannot crash on this site,no matter what I do. 

However, I DO crash with 094-branch binaries on WinNT, Linux and Mac.
from the same date. So it appears to be fixed on the trunk, but not
on the branch...

http://www.independent.co.uk/ crashes for me with 6.2 build on WINNT, after
moving the mouse pointer over the menus.

using the trunk build from 2001121003 on win98, I cannot reproduce the crash.
