When you're viewing a paid app as a non-owner the regions view is just "other regions".
Looks like the code that fetches prices and the resulting updates to populate the table aren't happening. Looks like that should be the case.
STR:
* Set up a paid app with account A
* Add a new account (Account B) to a non-owner status
* View the Compatibility and Payments page as Account B
What happens:
* The paid regions table isn't populated.
What should happen:
* The paid regions should be displayed properly for advisory info.
