Tested ICCID: 8934075600002637063 Platform version: 28.0 Build ID: 20140505052400 Software: FFOS_US_EBAY_OPENCV1.0.0B04 Pre-resquisites: Prepaid SIM card with billing support. SIM card with balance (in my case: $60) Reproducible: 1) Tap Usage aplication. 2) Tap Settings. 3) Tap "When balance is bellow" and write other amount ( force notification) (in my case $70). 4) Tap "Done". Actual result: User can't see notification and balance is black color. Expected result: User can see notification and balance is orange color. (User can see balance in orange color once close in background usage aplication and tap usage again) NOTE: It is working in buri.
This bug is resolved invalid because it is tested in 1.3 instead of 1.4
