Steps to reproduce:

Press Command+T or "Open a new tab" button.


Actual results:

Nothing at all...


Expected results:

New tab should have opened.
p.s: I'm using Firefox version 30.0 (beta).

Do you have any extensions installed? Can you reproduce this bug with your extensions disabled?
Oh, after I disabled all my extensions, it worked! 
Alright, I'll try each extension and see which is the problem.

I do have the same problems even if I disable all Plug-Ins and Add-Ons but works fine if and only if in safe-mode. So I switched back to V29.0.1 (unfortunately).
Resolving because almost a year later there's no info on the responsible extension and the last comment only confirms it's an extension issue.
