The contributor hub has the following requirement: [P1] See who are the active contributors per locale, area and product sorted by contribution level bug 1006493 and bug 1006559 cover indexing all the data we'll need. This bug is about implementing the views with the right queries against the indexes and hooking it up to the UI.
Putting this tentatively into the 10th sprint. I am not sure about points yet.
